               Employees with any type of corrective action plan or performance improvement plan are not eligible to
               transfer to another position for a period of six months. Employees new to their position are not eligible
               for transfer to other positions for six months, except for DGR associates making lateral moves.
               Promotions, reassignments, and transfers are made without regard to race, color, religion, national
               origin, ancestry, sex, disability, age, genetic information, creed, marital status, status regarding public
               assistance, familial status, membership, or activity in a local commission, sexual or affectional
               orientation, citizenship, veteran or military status, gender identity or any other status protected by
               applicable law.


               JOB POSTING

               An internal job posting program gives employees the opportunity to apply for open positions.
               Information on current internal job opportunities can be found on the organization’s internal job board,
               which is accessible through the Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG).
               Internal applications are submitted via the internal job board. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
               However, if an employee requires assistance in completing an application, they may contact their
               manager or Human Resources.
               Postings may not be used when strategic realignment, reorganization, or reductions in workforce cause
               the displacement of one or more employees. Positions will be posted internally for a minimum of 7
               calendar days.

               To apply for an internal position, employees are expected to:
                   •      Complete a minimum of six months in their current position.

                          o  This requirement does not apply to internal DGR associate candidates applying for a
                              lateral job change.
                   •      Meet the minimum requirements for the position and can perform the position.
                   •      Be an employee in good standing with no corrective action plans or performance
                          improvement plans within the past six months.



               TIME OFF

               HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAY PAY

               Goodwill-Easter Seals observes nine paid holidays per year for those full-time employees who are
               eligible for holidays and holiday pay: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day,  Memorial Day,
               Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day,  Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
