Solution to Module 6. REQUIREMENT
2. Direct Costs are related to completing work that are
directly attributable to its performance and are
necessary for its completion. It includes the
supervision directly involved in the physical
construction.
3. Indirect Costs are not directly attributable to the
completion of an activity, typically allocated
across all activities on a predetermined basis.
4. From an owner’s perspective, the goal of the budget
process is to develop a budget that reflects all
anticipated costs of the project.
5. The Two major components that forms the basis of
project controls are Budget and Schedule.
