PROOFING CABINET
Unplug proofing cabinet. Remove all food Sanitize the interior of the proofing cabinet
and store in a dry area away from chemicals. with Food Service Sanitizer solution as
specified by the product label. Allow to
dry.
Loosen any stuck on food particles with a Use Stainless Steel Cleaner and a clean,
