2.3.5 Project team structure.

2.4 Project Plan

The team set a plan to be followed in order to finish the project within the time.

2.4.1 Approach

This section will show the four phases that the project will go through. As the table will
show below.

Initiation Form the team. Receive the project statement from client. Set meeting with
Planning advisor as a kick-off meeting.
Execution
Closure In this phase, a weekly meeting will be conducted to discuss progress. The
business case and project were conducted. Usage of heuristics, such as the Gantt
Chart to aid in keeping track of progress and deadlines. Checking availability of

materials and equipment in local market.

The project is divided into stages. Once finishing the first stage then we start the
second and so on. This phase also includes the BOM, technical drawings and
details of the project along with calculation sheets.

At this phase, the final technical report and the artifact are to be submitted and
product will be presented to the client.
