Aspirant Middle Leaders Programme
                 SPA teaching staff looking to apply for middle leadership within 12-18 months will be able to attend the Aspirant Middle Leaders
                 Programme, a one-day course for either primary or secondary colleagues.  Topics covered will include:
                    •  The qualities of an effective middle leader
                    •  How to build and maintain a team
                    •  Systems and processes for the smooth running of a team or department
                    •  Opportunities for self-reflection and career planning
                 The course will be practical and collaborative, with the opportunity for participants to receive a follow-up coaching visit from James
                 Ashmore in their academy.
