Primary Subject Coordinator Programme
Subject coordinators in SPA primary academies will be able to attend this one-day course designed to give them the skills and strategies
required to successfully lead a subject across their school. Topics covered will include:
• The qualities of an effective middle leader
• How to write and maintain an effective action plan
• The best and most efficient models of quality assurance
• Creative ideas for raising the profile of your subject in your school
The course will be practical and collaborative, with the opportunity for participants to receive a follow-up coaching visit from James
Ashmore or Sarah Cunningham in their academy.
