Bespoke coaching and training programmes for academy teams from the Academy Effectiveness Team

Academy principals can request bespoke coaching and/or training programmes for any academy faculty or pastoral teams, or teacher career
stage (e.g. for all UPS teachers). For example, a principal may identify that their science team is in need of tailored intervention to help
improve teacher performance to impact upon pupil attainment and progress. Through discussion with the Trust, bespoke programmes can
be designed and delivered in an agreed time-frame, with an agreed focus and working towards agreed outcomes.
