bility. N.C.O.'s were quick to observe faults and set about quickly to remedy
them. Of equal importance, it was proved that Cadets were ready to accept the
guidance of their leaders.
This to my mind is in accord with the Cadet idea of correct initiative,
leadership, and individual effort for the good of the team.
