            Xingning Stuffed Tofu is traditionally square-shaped filled with pure pork stuffing and stuffed com-
            pletely through the tofu. The red yeast rice powder adds not only a festive colour but also a warming
            effect. This dish does not require thickening with starch, hhighlights the unique local flavor of the
            region.
