                   8.5    Counter-Mounted Equipment
                          Seal counter-mounted equipment, unless PORTABLE, to the countertop or mount it
                          on legs.

                       8.5.1    Leg Length
                                Leg length depends on the horizontal distance of the table top under the
                                equipment from either end to the farthest point requiring cleaning (see table
                                below).
