8. High health status (high levels of positive health and low levels of
diseases.
Example of urban development project in Egypt:
- Egypt developed Sisi-City, a new city (new capital city) to take the
heat off the overcrowded, polluted Cairo
- The integrated care society with support from (UNICEF) developed
and managed the community-based Ein Helwan urban development
project 1992-1998. Ein Helwan was originally planned as (cost –rental)
housing neighborhood for students of the nearby university, and the
newly wed- couples, not for resettle the earthquake victims 1992 as
done by the government.
