           Overview



           Supporting and managing your teams’ return to the workplace is about prioritising their safety and wellbeing. COVID-19
           has taught us that many of us can effectively work remotely but there are still benefits of attending the workplace
           (principal place of work). Employees will vary in their willingness and readiness to return to the workplace for a variety of
           reasons. It is important to understand these reasons to determine how you can support them, so that we can leverage
           the benefits of working both flexibly, remotely and in the workplace.
