3. Induction
After the selection process is complete, the appointment letter may be issued.
but before placing the new appointee on the job, it is advisable to let him go
through what is called Induction. The purpose of induction is to help the
candidate to understand the organisation, its structure, its values, its
objectives, its policies, etc. The process of Induction is also called orientation.
