1. Management development
Management development is future oriented. It is not limited to imparting
kowledge and operational skills to employees. The focus will be on the
parameters of good management like climate, culture, leadership, vision,
Strategies and so on. Effective managers should have analytical, human,
conceptual and specialised skills. But these are not enough. There are other
factors which affect the commitment of employees at work and which affect
