are lost, the insured has to notify the company and
get the animal retagged.
(ii) The policy shall be void and the premium forfeited
if the insured (a)has not disclosed material facts,
(b)has made a false claim or has not observed the
terms and conditions of the policy.
(iii) Every insured animal must be in sound health and
free from injury at the time of insurance or renewal.
(iv) The company has a right to inspect the animal and
premises of the insured.
(v) In the event of illness or accident, the insured must
cause the animals to be treated by a qualified
Veterinarian and also give notice to the Company.
(vi) The Insured shall provide to every animal proper
food, water and shelter and take precautions against
loss. Each insured animal shall be given the same
care and attention as if not insured.
On the death of an animal, the insured has to give
immediate notice to the Company and provide them an
opportunity of inspecting the carcass and furnish
