16. How to schedule Preventive Maint & generate the alert
In the organizations where there are more than 10 machines, it is difficult to
remember the Preventive Maintenance schedule. CIMCO—MDC has a provi-
sion to send 3 different alerts for Preventive Maintenance as below :
1) SMS Alert
2) E-mail Alert
3) Warring Indicator on the live screen
Warning Indicator on Trevisan DS 600.
There are two ways to trigger this Alert.
1) You can decide the Day & Date. E. g. Preventive Maint is due on Wed.
17th Feb at 10 am.
2) If coolant temperature has gone > 70 degrees 4 times in a week, then
Preventive Maint of coolant system is due. Some such conditions can be
given to CIMCO-MDC.
