I signed my management





                    agreement. Now what?









                  ▪Read the all of the information in this packet, it will save everyone time and you will feel much more comfortable with

                    the transition process once you have all of the information.


                  ▪Nexus will need a set of keys. Please arrange to have your keys brought to our office at 251 South Main St. Fall River,
                    02721 or work with Jose and Lyndsey to arrange an alternate method of providing keys. We will also need you to

                    provide information about trash removal, parking arrangements and housing assistance. If there is anything else we
                    need to know, please make sure to tell us now.


                  ▪Nexus will reach out to your tenants and post contact information in the common areas.


                  ▪Log into the portal and familiarize yourself with the features available to you.



                  ▪Break up with your tenants! An important part of making the transition to management smooth is to cut off access to
                    you from tenants. If they’re able to reach you, they will have no reason to go through Nexus and you will loose a lot of
                    value in the service we’re providing. Feel free to ask Lyndsey for tips on how to do this without hurting anyone’s

                    feelings. (Many clients change their voicemail to provide the Nexus phone number (508)536-3527.
