Owner Portal Login/Account Setup
▪The online portal, Propertyware, will be the primary method of communication with your property management
company. All tenant data, financial transactions, maintenance information and conversations with management will
be recorded on your portal. Most matters can be resolved on the portal. Occasionally, we will need to speak on the
phone; we will always make ourselves available to you. In case of an after-hours emergency, don’t use the portal, call
the 24-hour maintenance line at (508) 536-3527.
▪Check your inbox: there is an email with a password reset from Propertyware. Propertyware is the software company
that manages all of our data and financial transactions. They are a subsidiary of RealPage and add a lot of value to
our service.
▪Once you have a password and have logged on. Save the Propertyware homepage as a bookmark, you will be using
it every day. You can also save the webpage as a shortcut on your mobile device for easy access.
▪Set up your payment account.
▪ Log into the portal and select the down arrow in the top right corner. Select “Add Payment Account”.
