Owner Escrow

All funds that are paid to Nexus via tenant payment or owner contribution are placed in an escrow

account which is attached to the bank account information you entered in the portal.

All expenses incurred for your portfolio are deducted from the owner escrow.

As rent comes in, the tenant’s checks will clear and then the money will be sent via online bank

transfer to your bank account. The process of sending owners payment is referred to as sending an

owner draw. We send owner draws for all cleared funds on, or around, the 5 , 10 , 15 , and 20 th
of the month.
