Accepting and Rejecting Maintenance




                    Requests, commenting on a work order








                  Work orders can be created through a tenant portal account or by a member of the management

                  staff. Unless the request is a basic service or a health concern, safety concern, or a threat to the

                  integrity of the building, we will wait until you have approved it to fulfill the request.



                  If you would like to initiate a work order, just comment in the conversations module and we will
                  make it official.



                  If you have a comment relating to an existing work order, comment within the work orders specific

                  webpage. This will provide continuity in the line of communication and keep our record organized.


                  You may be asked to make an owner contribution before work begins, this usually happens if the

                  expense is large in proportion to your monthly rent roll. We are happy to provide instructions for

                  that if needed.
