As a general practice we do not email our clients if we are able to use the portal. The exception is

when we are copying a 3 party on the communication, such as an attorney or housing
representative.
You will receive an email when your portal account has new communication or a new transaction.
PLEASE DO NOT reply to this email. Your response will go unseen. Instead, log into the portal and
respond in the conversation module on Propertyware.
