Nexus will always have a maintenance staff member on call. They will be available to keep your
tenants and your property safe on weekends, holidays and all hours of the night (don’t forget to
express your gratitude to the maintenance staff, they often find themselves snaking toilets and
escorting exterminators, knowing they’re appreciated is the difference between a disgruntled
employee and one that would walk through fire for you.
