Rent Collection

Tenants will be provided with information on how to pay their rent. Rent can be paid any of the

following ways:

◦ Online, on the portal with a credit card or check

◦ At our office with a money order or check, we accept payments via mail or through our rent drop slot

◦ Rent money voucher generated through the portal and brought to Walmart or another participating retailer.
Any tenant that has not paid rent by the 10 of the month will be served, via constable, with a 14-day notice.

This will allow you to evict if the tenant does not pay or it will demonstrate our willingness to evict.

Evictions can be discussed with Lyndsey as needed.

We do not knock on doors for payments, this is a professional management firm and will require tenants

honor their agreement by making timely payments using the services we provide.
