Realtai communications strategy
Key messages.
When delivering the strategy, a number of key messages will be communicated to
introduce, highlight and reinforce Realtai’s mission. These include:
‘Bringing a collaborative approach to the charity retail sector’ – Realtai as a
specialist property company which understands and is part of charity retail creating a
partnership approach which is beneficial to both charity and landlord, as partners,
building relationships.
‘Realtai is more than bricks & mortar’ – Realtai’s values, what it stands for, what it
hopes to achieve and the benefits this brings to the charity retail organisations – benefits
of scale, financial return etc..
‘Realtai brings a blended and value-based offering to the market’ Realtai isn’t a
traditional landlord, it works in collaboration with clients over a 10 year term to deliver a
full-service offering – from premises, rent, fitouts etc. offering scalability and financial
benefits.
‘Realtai solves problems that charity retail didn’t know existed’ Realtai brings a new
and innovative product to market that solves cash flow issues for charity retail
organisations and brings more efficient in-house operations with its one landlord
approach.
‘The Realtai Team are experienced’ Realtai team bring charity organisation
experience, unique skills, aspirations to the market, flexible, hardworking, optimism and
dependable values.
These messages will be further refined and Realtai team members will be encouraged to
communicate these principles when the opportunity arises.
