Rules Governing Lakewood Country Club





           Women
           •  Golf shirts or blouses with sleeves are not required to have a collar
           •  Sleeveless/racerback shirts must have a collar or a mock collar
           •  Golf dresses/skirts/skorts/shorts/slacks must be of appropriate length
           Leggings are allowed provided they are underneath the appropriate attire
           Clothing that is prohibited:
           •  Plunging necklines/halter/tank tops/t-shirts, and tops showing an individual's
           midriff
           •  Racerback shirts without a mock or regular collar
           •  Skirts/shorts/skorts/golf dresses which do not cover a player's undergarments or
           underlining
           Tennis skirts/joggers/yoga pants/workout attire/jeans/denim/cargo pants/cargo

           shorts/baggy shorts
           Juniors
            Juniors should follow the same dress code as adults
           Lakewood is a spike-less facility and appropriate shoes must be worn at all times.
           Flip Flop shoes are inappropriate for all golf areas.

           CART POLICIES
           1. When a golf cart is leased, it becomes the responsibility of the lessee to keep the

           golf cart in the same condition as when received. It is expressly understood that
           Lakewood Country Club and the Golf Pro Shop shall not be liable for damages of any
           kind, whether to the person and/or property, or other loss, arising from the use of,
           operation of, or in any way connected with the said property or any part thereof, from
           whatever cause. The lessee agrees to pay for or reimburse Lakewood Country Club
           for, on return of the cart, all charges incidental to all breakages, shortages or damage,
           other than ordinary wear, during the lease period.
           2. Please follow the signs and drive your carts in an orderly manner. Keep carts on
           the cart paths where provided.
           3. Golf carts must be driven by the signing person who is responsible for them. To
           rent and drive a golf cart, you must have a valid driver's license.

           GENERAL RULES
           1. Any violation of the rules of golf play, golf etiquette or abuse of Club property
           should be reported to the Golf Pro Shop staff or reported to the Golf Committee in
           writing. The Golf Committee will handle the report and inform you of their action.
           With your help, the Golf Committee will endeavor to see to it that all Members derive
           greater pleasure from their golfing experience at Lakewood Country Club.
