Rules Governing Lakewood Country Club





           Classification V – Golf Social Members – This class may play off the first tee only
           after 2:00 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays and after 3:00 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays,
           Sundays, and holidays.

           *All classifications are subject to scheduled events as approved by the Board of
           Directors.

           OFF-SEASON STARTING TIMES AND RESTRICTIONS
           October 1st through April 30th
           The following classifications have off-season changes:
           Classification IV – Junior boys and girls (age 18 and under) with a handicap of 16
           or higher – This class may play off the first tee only after 1:00 p.m. Tuesdays through

           Fridays. This class may play unaccompanied after 2:00 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, and
           holidays (or after 1:00 p.m. if accompanied by an adult).
           Classification V – Golf Social Members – This class may play off the first tee only
           after 1:00 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays.

           GENERAL RULES
           1.Members and their guests must always check in at the Golf Pro Shop prior to play.

           2. If you plan to use a golf cart or have guests, you are responsible for confirming
           your guest reservations and use of carts. Members who do not confirm will forfeit
           their right to dispute the bill on their monthly statement.
           3. Management has been instructed by the Board of Directors to refuse service to
           any person inappropriately attired.

           4. Gangsomes (six players maximum) will always be permitted from November 1

           through March 31 . During all other times, gangsomes will be permitted at the
           discretion of the Golf Pro Shop. Gangsomes do not have priority on the course. It is
           the responsibility of the gangsomes to maintain their position on the course and
           allow faster groups to play through, if there is open space ahead.
           5. If a twosome signs up for a tee time, it is Club policy to pair all groups to make a
           foursome during heavy periods of play. The Golf Pro Shop will have this
           responsibility.
