Rules Governing Lakewood Country Club





           Resident, Pre-Resident, Company Pre-Resident, Special Resident Member, Non-
           Resident, Associate, Honorary Golf, and Honorary Spouse provided the Golf Social
           or House Social Member pays the appropriate green fee.
           Section 4. Green fees and cart fees shall be determined by the Board of Directors.
           Section 5. On days when tournaments are in progress or on other special occasions,
           all guest privileges may be suspended by the Golf Committee, Green Committee or
           Board of Directors.
           Section 6. Members introducing guests for golf shall be responsible for their
           conduct and for all fees and charges incurred by such guests.

           ARTICLE VII
           Harassment Policy



           It is both illegal and against Lakewood Country Club policy for any Member, guest of

           a Member or visitor, male or female, to harass another Member, guest of a Member,
           visitor or employee by:


           1.  Making unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual favors and other verbal or
              physical conduct of a sexual nature; or

           2.  Making submission to or rejection of such conduct the basis for employment
              decisions affecting an employee or financial considerations; or
           3.  Creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment by such conduct.

              Examples of the types of conduct prohibited by this policy include, but are not
              limited to:

                  A. Any type of physical touching, including rubbing someone’s neck or
                      shoulders or brushing against someone’s body.
                  B.  Whistling, leering, stalking, staring or violating someone’s personal space.

                  C. Sitting or gesturing in an offensive or sexually suggestive manner.
                  D .  Using foul or obscene language or making lewd, off-color, or sexually

                      oriented comments or jokes.
                  E.  Displaying offensive or sexually explicit posters, calendars, photographs,

                      cartoons, or computer images.
                  F .  Sending unwanted or sexually suggestive letters, voice mails or e-mails.

                  G. Gossiping about sexual activities, commenting on someone’s physical
                      attributes, or asking questions about someone’s sex life.
