Rules Governing Lakewood Country Club

Complaint Procedure: Prompt reporting of a complaint is strongly encouraged of our
employees, Members and guests, as it allows for rapid response to and resolution of
objectionable behavior. The Board of Directors or its appointed agent will investigate

all complaints, however presented.

Confidentiality: All individuals who are involved in the complaint reporting and/or

investigation process are obligated to maintain confidentiality of the proceedings.

Retaliation: Retaliation against a Club employee for attempting to resist sexual

harassment, filing a complaint, attempting to stop sexual harassment against another
employee, or for participating in any way in an investigation of a sexual harassment

complaint will not be tolerated. Retaliation against a Member for attempting to resist
sexual harassment, filing a complaint, attempting to stop sexual harassment against
an employee, Member or guest, or for participating in any way in an investigation of a

sexual harassment complaint will not be tolerated and is a violation of this policy. A
complaint of retaliation will result in a subsequent investigation.

Consensual Relationships: It is the policy of the Club that consensual relationships
between Members and staff are not permitted.

ARTICLE VIII

Section 1. These rules of the Lakewood Country Club may be changed, altered or
amended at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Directors by a majority

vote of a quorum of the Board.

GOLF RULES AND REGULATIONS

RULES REGULATING PLAY
All golf play will be governed by the rules of the United States Golf Association,
except as modified by local rules. The local rules are listed below or on the
scoreboard. Special local rules will be posted on the website or posted in the Golf Pro
Shop, when necessary.

Local Rules

1. When playing a game where both stroke and match play competition are being
played simultaneously, any rules dispute or decision will be made as if it were a
stroke play competition.
