8. Winter Rules: It is not recommended that you play winter rules. But when
conditions warrant it and all players are playing preferred lies, then the proper
procedure is to move the ball no more than six inches, no nearer the hole.
9. USGA-approved yardage finders are approved for daily and tournament play.
TEE TIMES / CALL IN PROCEDURES
Tee times are required all day, every day. Members can make tee times for Tuesdays
through Fridays 72 hours in advance. Spouses and Juniors can make tee times for
Tuesdays through Fridays 48 hours in advance. Golf Social Members can make tee
times 24 hours in advance. Tee times are made by phone, in person, or through the
website or through the mobile app starting at 9:00 a.m. To make a tee time by
telephone, you must call 303-233-0503. For Saturday, Sunday and holiday times,
there will be a lottery drawing at 7:15 a.m. each Thursday. To be included in the
lottery drawing, one Member of your group must submit a tee time request with the
Golf Pro Shop staff or via the website anytime during the week prior to the 7:15 a.m.
Thursday drawing. If there are duplicate entries, a group will not receive a tee time.
Check with the Golf Pro Shop staff if you have any questions.
STARTING TIMES AND RESTRICTIONS
May 1st through September 30th
Type of Membership:
Classification I – Resident, Company Resident, Senior Resident, Pre-Resident,
Company Pre-Resident, Special Resident, Honorary Golf, and Non-Resident – This
classification may play at any time.
Classification II – Spouses of Members of the above classes, Associate Members
and Honorary Spouses –This class may play before 11:00 a.m. off the first tee and
before 11:30 a.m. off the tenth tee (if there are no groups making the turn) or after
1:00 p.m. off the first tee only Tuesdays through Fridays and after 11:00 a.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Classification III – Junior boys and girls with an established handicap of 15 or
less and sons and daughters (age 19 to 25) of Members – This class may play before
11:00 a.m. off the first tee and before 11:30 a.m. off the tenth tee (if there are no
groups making the turn) or after 1:00 p.m. off the first tee only Tuesdays through
Fridays, after 11:00 a.m. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Classification IV – Junior boys and girls (age 18 and under) with a handicap of 16
or higher – This class may play off the first tee only after 2:00 p.m. Tuesdays through
Fridays with an adult. This class may play unaccompanied after 3:00 p.m. Saturdays,
Sundays, and holidays (or after 2:00 p.m. if accompanied by an adult).
