Rules Governing Lakewood Country Club





           age and under) on the putting green after 6:00 p.m. Young men and women under the
           age of 21 must be accompanied and supervised by their parent, grandparent or other
           responsible adult to be admitted to their respective locker rooms, and are not
           permitted in the lounge areas. Children under 21 years of age are not allowed to sit at
           the Pike's Peak Bar. Children under 21 years of age, accompanied by an adult, may sit
           at the casual dining tables in the Pike's Peak Lounge until 9:30 p.m., at which time
           they must leave the bar area.
           Section 2. A gratuity in an amount determined by percentage will be added to all
           food and beverage sales for the convenience of the Members. Gratuities for locker
           room attendants, bag room and other related staff are expected when special
           services are requested and received.
           Section 3. No Member or guest shall send any Club employee out of the Club on

           personal errands.
           Section 4. No pets are allowed in the Clubhouse at any time. Animals assisting
           persons with disabilities are permitted.
           Section 5. The Club will not be responsible for property of any kind belonging to
           Members, guests or visitors.
           Section 6. The amount of any loss caused by injury to or destruction of Club
           property will be charged to the offending Member's account.
           Section 7. No notices or advertisements of any character may be posted or

           displayed in the Clubhouse or about the grounds at any time.  Members are
           respectfully requested not to use this roster for solicitation.
           Section 8. Vehicles must be parked only within areas so designated by lined spaces.
           All vehicles, including automobiles, motorcycles, scooters and bicycles, brought onto
           Club property by Members, guests and children, will be immediately parked in the
           appropriate area provided and will not be used for recreational purposes on any part
           of the Club grounds. Members who repeatedly park in areas marked no parking will
           be requested to appear before the Board of Directors. Campers and similar
           recreational vehicles are not permitted to be parked on the Club property.

           Dress Codes

           Clubhouse, including patios and the Tom Bendelow Room

           Section 9. Appropriate attire is required, which includes proper golf attire. Please
           refer to the Dress Code and Juniors' Dress Code sections under Golf Rules and
           Regulations for details on appropriate golf attire. For men, women and children,
           appropriate denim pants and shorts are allowed. Denim pants, cargo shorts and
           shorts that are frayed, torn or worn-looking are considered inappropriate. While on

           Club grounds or in the Clubhouse, shirts must be tucked into the waistband, unless
