Abhay Kumar Sahu

(SMW) (2018-19)

Abhay Kumar sahu, a 19 year old boy belongs to
a poor family where he lived with his parents,

two siblings. He came from a family of farmer in

Panisia Village. It is a medium sized rural village
in the Mayurbhanj district of Odisha with a little

less than 300 families residing in it.

Abhay is one among the twin got birth
to his parents. He is shy and introverted. His

father being the only earner of the family

struggle hard in order to fulfil its families
regular need. In his words “I have seen my father

struggling for fulfilling our basic needs, but
never stopping us to go school”. Meanwhile he

complete his 10 board exam with a B grade. In

his word “ I was not a bright students, I used to
play sports and game where won many prizes.

But 10 board result disappoints a lot to me and
th
my family.
