People ask me now what are you up to ? He was inspired by a person

from his relatives whom he met during a family function. There he

found this gentleman who has charismatic personalities, whose home is
well decorated, everything is just perfect. He enquired how… and found

that guy is doing job after technical education. He has set his mind to

join Technical education. In his word “ when I told to join ITI, many of
my village friends gave so many examples how they got failure and

unemployed. But I never listen to them, I thought it might be their fault,

I will succeed and proof them wrong”.
He got admit to Sheet metal worker trade in TTI Takatpur, and got a sit

in the hostel. It’s a one year trade. In his word, “I was proud to be part
of TTI Takatpur. All teachers are very cooperative. I can approach them

anytime I want to. In ITI there is a lot of activities. He always took part

of these events like ITI fest, learn X, Club energy event. In his words “In
one of the activities of learnx Safety theme, my project was disaster

management. In these activities, I visit nearby people met them, took

interviews and record and I became confident. My shyness goes over
slowly. In the initial days of ITI as Abhay Says “ I was having lack of

confidence, poor communication skills. But when I attend the YDM

session, my change leader Bimal sir helped me out. In the Hostel also
another change leader Mangal sir also guide us regularly. He always

coming to our room and talk to us. We got inspired by him always. They

are always available. One could approach them in class and outside. It
help me developing presentation skill, body posture and grooming. This

work when I attend one interview of a Bengaluru based company, where

they rejected those candidates coming with improper grooming. Thanks
to YDM and Thanks to TTI.
