PENNSYLVANIA SCALE

PENNSYLVANIA 40SS

1. During indicator countdown, press SHIFT and [ . ]
2. Display shows “0”, enter 38756 and ENTER
3. Press ESC twice, “Setup” is displayed, Press 1/Q/Z
4. Press ENTER 3 times
5. “Zero ref Pt.” is displayed, remove weight and press CL, then ENTER
6. Load Platform with calibration mass, key in weight and press ENTER
7. Press ESC

PENNSYLVANIA 400B

1. During Countdown, Press The Cal Button
2. “Counts” is displayed, slide the memory switch to OFF
3. Press the SAMPLE key, display will show “Gain”
4. Press SAMPLE, “ZERO” is displayed
5. Remove weight from scale, Press FUNCTION then CLEAR, then press SAMPLE when

upper display reads “0”
6. Load scale, key in value and press SAMPLE
7. Press FUNCTION then CLEAR
8. Slide the memory switch to ON

PENNSYLVANIA 5600

1. Press and hold the 4 key for 15 seconds
2. Key in scale capacity and press ENTER until CAL Type is displayed.
3. Use UNITS key to change to Load Cell
4. Press ENTER until HLF is displayed
5. Place any cal weight on scale, key in value and press ENTER
6. FUL, key in same or next cal weight value, press ENTER

PENNSYLVANIA 7500

1. ZERO becomes DECIMAL/CLEAR
2. SAMPLE SET becomes INCREMENT
3. UNITS becomes ADVANCE
4. PRINT becomes ENTER
5. Press the CAL/SET button inside the indicator, “CAL 20” is displayed
6. Key in 40 and press ENTER(when display flashes, Press INC to stop flashing, and

press INC to increment digit)
7. FIL 41, press ENTER
8. Nol 42, remove weight and press ENTER
9. HLF 43, Place weight on scale, key in weight and press ENTER
10. FUL 44, Place same or heavier weight on the scale, key in value and press ENTER
11. Nol 45, remove weight and press ENTER
12. CAL 50 is displayed, key in “0” and press ENTER
