1. Turn unit on, while showing 8888’s press the CE button
2. Place weight, press , “Cal done”, Cal XXXX, press Power button and Zero

1. Press and hold the Scale Zero switch on the operator display
panel. Record the Cal and par values shown on the display.
2. Access the Calibration Switch, then place the top plate on the
Unit before pressing the switch. Raise the front edge of the Top
Plate just enough to reach the switch.
3. Press the switch, then immediately lower the Top Plate into
Position. The display should show Ready C-00 kg (00 lb.).
4. Follow the steps in the following chart.

Press Scale Zero Ready C-2.5 kg
Press Scale Zero Ready C-05 kg 2.50 kg (15 lb.) (10.00 lb.)
Press Scale Zero Ready C-10 kg 5.00 kg (30 lb.) (15.00 lb.)
Press Scale Zero Ready C-00 kg 10.00 kg (00 lb.) (30.00 lb.)
Press Scale Zero Ready 0.000 kg (0.00 lb.)

1. Power off the manual station
2. Pull the far bottom right circuit card from manual station
3. Flip the cal switch on rear of card
4. Replace card
5. Power manual station on
6. Go to PLANT DATA on computer menu
7. Go to CONFIG
8. Select scale
9. Follow Prompts
