1. Open Case, Put CAL jumperon
2. Turn unit on
3. Press 02
4. Press ZERO/0
5. Press CE
6. Press 03
7. Display Flashes “20000”, Press 2
8. Display shows “20000” solid and 1—
9. Press ZERO/0 key, display will show 2—
10. Load scale with 400 lbs and press ZERO/0 key
11. Press CE
12. Replace jumper in original position.
TANITA BWB-800A
1. Remove cover and place CAL switch in adjustment mode
2.. Press and hold the KG/LB key and press the ON/ZERO key
3. At the F1 Prompt, press the ON/ZERO key once
4. At the F2 prompt, press ON/ZERO key to calibrate in lb or kg
5. Press the KG/LB key, “0 –“ is displayed then “2 –“ is displayed
6. Place 440 lbs on the scale, then press the KG/LB key
7. Remove weights, press the OFF key, replace switch to normal weighing mode.
