1. Turn on scale
2. Empty platter
3. Press and hold “ON” key and quickly press the “lb/kg” key 3 times
4. Raw counts will be displayed, 1should be between 2000 and 5000 counts
5. Release “ON” key, scale will zero
6. Place 265 lbs or 120 kg on platter, raw counts should read between 7000 and 15000
7. Press the “ON” key, CAL will be displayed for 3 seconds
8. Weight reading will be displayed

YAMATO DSY-1100

1. Press “ON/ >0<”
2. Short jumpers J22 and J23
3. Press “N/G” + “ON/>0<”
4. Display reads “2: 0/1”

Press N/G
5. Display Reads “3: 0/2”, empty scale

Press T
6. Display Reads “3: 1/2”, load ½ capacity

Press T
7. Display Reads “3: 2/2”, add another ½ capacity

Press T
8. Display shows 10000 counts
9. Off
10. On

YAMATO PPC 101

1. Remove scale top and short the “TEST” jumpers on the circuit board
2. Press “N/G” and “ON/0” to enter calibration
3. 2:0/1 will be displayed.

a. 2: is for 2 point span
b. 3: is for 3 point span
4. Press “N/G” to change from 2 to 3 point, if desired
5. Clear the platform and press “T”
6. Place ½ capacity, if in 3 point mode or full if in 2 point
7. Press “T”
8. If in 3 point mode then add full scale and press “T”
9. Press “OFF” then “ON”
