Details / Defects / Issues: At the time of the inspection no visible defects were observed.
Tank Support/Stand: N/A
The property is fitted with a combination boiler so there is no requirement for stored water.
There is a disused galvanised metal tank which can be removed. In order to remove the tank this will need to be cut
into smaller pieces due to the size of the loft hatch. It is important to consider the fact that in order to cut this type of
material you will need to use a mechanical grinder and this generates sparks and heat which are a significant fire risk
within a loft space.
The tank is enclosed with cellulose insulation batts.
