                   develop.  Especially  types  who  are  opposite  each  other  on  the
                   wheel,  i.e.  who  prefer  very  different  behavioral  styles,  learn  to
                   appreciate each other's strengths. Guys who are in between can
                   mediate and contribute to mutual understanding.


                     Everyone  now  knows  that  the  thinking,  perception  and
                     communication of the other team members may be on a
                     completely  different  level  than  one's  own.  Recognizing
                     then means understanding.


                   Because if you know that the other person's personality structure
                   makes it difficult for him or her to accept change and take risks,
                   he or she will take this into account when evaluating his or her
                   teammate.

                   This knowledge is particularly useful for the team leader. Based
                   on the knowledge of the personality profiles, he can take care
                   not to block the creative person in the team with organizational
                   tasks,  to  give  the  disciplined  controller  a  responsible  role  in
                   the development of team spirit, or not to combine the visionary
                   with the accountant type when assigning a special task.


                   However,  the  diversity  also  has  disadvantages:  A  well-
                   balanced team will take longer to make a decision than a team
                   made up of similar types. But: The decision is now influenced
                   by different
