Vogelhuber, Scheelen - What people really want
• Inspirator: He maintains the connections and networks to
the outside world, takes the initiative to initiate
developments and inspires others to do so. He makes sure
that the team can laugh and have fun together.
• Consultant: He strives for balance and cohesion of the team,
shows understanding for others, keeps the human element in
mind. He makes sure that the needs of the individuals are not
neglected.
• Supporter: Provides insights and background. He
contributes to the implementation and makes clear from
which convictions the team fulfills its task and thus ensures
that it does not stray from its path.
• Coordinator: He takes care of the smooth process and
proper implementation. He knows the facts, understands
the process and also considers the details.
• Observer: He designs and analyzes the concepts
according to which the team works. He penetrates deeply
into the problems and ensures that hardly any errors occur
in the details.
• Reformer: He observes the logical process and reacts
immediately if something goes wrong. He considers the
pros and cons, discovers contradictions in concept or
planning, and ensures implementation.
Such a team is balanced in its composition. On the one hand,
there are types whose attention is specifically focused on the
fulfillment of tasks. On the other hand, there are personality types
who focus particularly on the process and ensure that the team
works in a harmonious and motivated manner and communicates
well with each other - this is illustrated in Figure 11.
