                   STOP!
                     Use the tips for dealing with the fire-red employee to also determine
                     strategies  for  dealing  with  the  other  types.  The  following  applies  in
                     principle:
                      • Dealing with the sunny yellow employee: Give him room to develop
                        his creative-innovative potential and try to build a relationship with
                        him.
                      • Dealing  with  the  earth-green  employee:  Try  to  gain  his  trust  and
                        overcome his mistrust.
                      • Dealing with the ice-blue employee: praise his expert knowledge and
                        give him tasks to think through thoroughly.


                   Build a high performance team


                   The diversity of people is usually a blessing in team building.
                   Why? Because a team would hardly function if, for example,
                   six dominant and fiery-red salespeople came together. And if
                   the  creative  sparks  fly  because  all  team  members  belong  to
                   the  innovative  sunny  yellow  group,  the  team  would  probably
                   have a hard time getting started before the end of the day.


                   From the benefits of inequality


                   To  put  it  positively:  It  is  precisely  the  diversity  in  people's
                   skills,  personalities,  attitudes  and  behaviors  that  makes  it
                   possible  to  put  together  a  team  with  members  who  work
                   together  optimally.  Only  power-conscious  alpha  males,  only
                   pedantic
