PSYCHOLOGY BUILDING EXPANSION
AT ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY
The Psychology Department Expansion project, built for Arizona State
University, included the renovation and expansion of 20,036 square
foot of laboratory buildings on the Tempe, Arizona campus. The facility
houses multiple wet and dry laboratory spaces, offices, and conference
rooms for students, graduate assistants, and researchers. The laboratory
expansion incorporated energy efficiency upgrades to the heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and electrical systems as
well as the installation of new mechanical equipment and metal lab
casework containing research equipment and fume hoods. The project
also featured fire sprinkler services to spaces and public corridors. The
Psychology Department Expansion project provided students and
faculty additional space to continue their education and research.
