• The client wanted his home to be
designed in modern style. The
site was contour and hence a
concept of multiple level in
planning arise.

outdoor
access ANALYSIS:
from
basement At first, I was given to do the working
drawing of this residence so, to start the
drawing I need to analyze overall plan
,elevation ,3d and section so that it
would be easier for me to understand
the planning and design of the building
for further work of working drawing.
The two-way road access to the site was
properly utilized and provided direct
access to the basement where client’s
office is located and from main road
usual entrance was designed with
welcoming gesture by providing water
feature, waterwall and diff land scape
elements.
