MUNICIPAL SET
As this project was in final phase for
the preparation of municipal set
when I get introduced . Here I got an
opportunity to modify plan, elevation
and section with guidance of my
supervisor and prepare an
architectural municipal set.

LEARNINGS

First, Compare site area with lal purja (dwg site area should be less)

Points to be consider in Site plan
• ROW
• setback
• road width
• septic tank& soak pit
• trees
• building outline(i.e. ground floor and cantilever parts to be in hidden line)
• building outline dimensions
• triangulation with dimensions
• building structural parts to be within setback
• only chajjas upto 2' allowed beyond setback line
• building edges to site perpendicular dimensions
• site area(need to be less than area in Lalpurja)
• North sign

Points to be consider in Floor plans
• 3 types of dimensions
• area to be mentioned
• balcony area( only if covered in above floors )to be considered
• staircase not considered in far countable area (in case of Lalitpur but considered
for coverage)
• door window annotation
• section line
• - grid name as per structural drawings
roof plan

Points to be consider in elevations
• no need of leveling floors
• if there is basement then need to show in elevation in hidden line

Points to be consider in sections
• floor leveling required
• section through staircase
