ANALYSIS:

There are 3 bedrooms at first floor
every room is provided with attached
walking closet and washroom .as this
is place of family area, so puja room
was incorporated .visual linkage from
first floor to ground by providing void
which will also allows to lit the
interior space.
Entertainment area, gym, family
room is incorporated in second floor
with proper access to the viewing
deck (terrace)

LEARNINGS FORM ANALYSIS

• The way of segregating private and public space.
• Understanding about difference between dry /wet kitchen.
• Maid ,utility, storeroom and garage are usually incorporated in basement.
• Highlighted entrance with sense of welcoming by adding water feature
,decorative/water wall etc.
• If incase floor height is too high to reach and to save space in upper floor before
reaching main staircase certain steps can be raised which I later realize how
interesting character, it gives to the staircase.
