• Wall section should be cut in

design variation, to make easier
for contractor to understand the
design.
• Coping thickness=50mm
• Lintel thickness =150mm
• Floating steps= 65mm for solid
part 85mm for light placement
• 75-100mm skirting and damp
proofing is provided in moisture
prone area (laundry ,balcony ,
terrace , kitchen etc)

3. TYPICAL RALING DETAIL
• For typical glass railing 40*40mm
thk. square section is used.
• Square section is either nailed in wall
or in slab if railing length is more and
require intermediate support.
