ANALYSIS
At first, I was given to do the working
drawing of this residence so, to start the
drawing I need to analyze overall plan
,elevation ,3d and section so that it
would be easier for me to understand
the planning and design of the building
for further work of working drawing.

This residence design is incorporated
with full glass façade, swimming pool,
deck with level down seating. Playing
with slab level for interesting façade.
Large cantilevers luxurious rooms with There was small welcoming area with
attached walking closed and washroom. tree aside penetrated from slab which I

found to be much impressing. Its like
giving life to our traditional peti in
modern design.
Building is only two story as land area
was huge most of the room area
incorporated on the ground floor only
gym other bedrooms and entertainment
area are in first floor along with terrace.
