Scenario: You are dispatched to 427 S. Hwy 377 in reference to a suspicious person. Dispatch advises
there is person walking around vehicles in the rear parking lot. Dispatch described the subject as a white
male approximately 20 years of age. Dispatch further describes the subject as wearing a black cap, red
shirt, and tan shorts. The caller stated she saw the same male in the parking lot yesterday at this time.

Location: 427 S Hwy 377

Recruit Task: What actions do you take? Are you justified in making contact if you find the individual
at another address? Can you require the subject to show identification? If you don’t find the subject,
how would you go about looking for him?
