CHANGE AMBASSADOR ONBOARDING PROGRAMME
PUTRAJAYA, January 2022 – The NIISe Change
Ambassador Onboarding Programme is targeted at 45
Change Ambassadors who are officers of the
Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM) that were
appointed as a driver of change in assisting the NIISe
Project Team to disseminate the project updates
information and further increasing the awareness and
acceptance of NIISe. The programme was conducted
from 26 until 28 January 2022 at Pulse Grande Hotel
Putrajaya.
This would be the second Change Ambassador
Onboarding Programme conducted where previously
the first programme was held online on 29 July 2021
due to a pandemic. As an appreciation to all the
appointed Change Ambassadors, the NIISe Project
Team has organized a physical programme and it was
attended by 34 Change Ambassadors to receive an
official letter of appointment and pins. They were also
been briefed on the role and responsibilities and the
expectations of stakeholders as Change Ambassadors
for NIISe Project.
NIISe Project Team has informed Change Ambassadors
to initiate awareness activities using communication
materials prepared such as eHebahan, eNewsletter,
bunting, and others at their respective sites and to
update the progress of communication activities in the
provided report cards during quarterly engagement
online sessions with the Change Ambassadors. These
sessions are to monitor the progress of Change
Ambassador activities to ensure the activities were
conducted efficiently and effectively.
