The findings of the Benefit Realization Workshop were first presented to JIM’s
Management on 26 January 2022 to receive feedback and suggestions to improve the
baseline of the benefits measurement and KPI for each module that has been discussed.
The updated benefits measurement and KPI baseline were then re-presented to JIM’s Top
Management on 18 February 2022 chaired by YBhg. Dato' Makhzan bin Mahyuddin,
Deputy Director General (Control) for validation and development of the Benefit
Realization Report. The JIM Division Directors and NIISe Project Team, led by Tuan Ruslan
bin Atan as the Head of Pasukan Petugas Khas (PPK) NIISe KDN also attended the
session.
