BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING (BPR)

DOCUMENT FINALIZATION CEREMONY

PUTRAJAYA, February 2022 – Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Document Finalization
Ceremony was conducted at Pulse Grande Hotel, Putrajaya on 16 February 2022. The session began
with a BPR summary presentation encompassing 13 modules and 6 submodules in NIISe Project
that was presented by the Head of NIISe Contractor Application Tower, En. Abdul Talib bin Kasim to
JIM’s Top Management. The BPR documents presented are the outcome of the discussions during
the user requirements workshop that was held from 5 until 30 April 2022. This Business Process
2021 (BP2021) JIM was used as the main reference in the discussion session where the processes
that required improvement were discussed through the reengineering process.
